Website Maintenance
Website maintenance for Philippine businesses.
Squarespace, WordPress, and Shopify. After launch, your site has a plan. From ₱2,500/month.
Static HTML — Start tier
Static HTML sites (Start tier, hosted on Cloudflare Pages) require no technical maintenance — hosting, security, and uptime are handled by Cloudflare for free. Updates are billed per request, not per month.
Pay per change, not per month. Send a request when you need something updated.
What's included
- Up to 3 individual changes per request (text edits, image swaps, contact details, links)
- Existing pages only — no new layouts, new features, or new functionality
- All changes submitted together as one batch, not spread across multiple sends
- Delivered within 3 business days
- One revision round included per request
- New page additions billed separately at ₱3,000 each
Common questions
What counts as one request?
Up to 3 individual changes submitted together — text edits, image swaps, contact detail updates, link fixes, navigation tweaks. Submit them all in one message and I'll deliver within 3 business days. Need more than 3 changes? Buy a second request or we quote it as a separate job.
What if I need something bigger — a new page or new feature?
New pages are ₱3,000 each. New features, layout changes, or anything outside the existing site structure are quoted separately as a small project. Send the details and I'll give you a number before any work starts.
WordPress
Full technical maintenance.
WordPress requires active maintenance — hosting, core and plugin updates, security patches, daily backups. Three tiers based on how much ongoing content work you need alongside the technical upkeep.
The minimum to keep a WordPress site healthy.
What's included
- Managed hosting
- Daily backups (30-day retention)
- WordPress core + plugin updates, tested monthly
- Security monitoring and hardening
- SSL management
- Uptime monitoring (every 5 minutes)
- Minor corrections — contact info, hours, short text fixes
- Monthly email report: what was updated, what was caught
- Email support, 1 business day response
Common questions
Is Essential enough for an active business site?
For a low-traffic brochure site or one you actively self-manage, yes. For a booking or payment-processing site that changes regularly, Growth is the better fit — it includes regular updates and a faster response target.
Is hosting included?
Yes. All WordPress plans include managed hosting. If you prefer to stay on your existing host, there's a ₱500/month discount instead.
The sensible default for active sites.
What's included
- Everything in Essential
- 60-day backup retention (extended from Essential)
- Regular updates — page copy, images, new sections, blog posts
- Monthly traffic and performance report
- Quarterly speed and security audit
- Priority support, 12-hour response during business hours
Common questions
What counts as a 'regular update'?
Page copy edits, image swaps, adding or updating a service page, publishing a blog post, updating hours or contact info. New sections, custom development, and design changes are outside scope — quoted separately or billed at ₱2,200/hr.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Adjustments are prorated and take effect at the next billing date. No lock-in — downgrade or cancel with 30 days notice at any time.
For sites that can't afford to sit still.
What's included
- Everything in Growth
- 90-day backup retention (extended from Growth)
- Ongoing content management — pages, menus, galleries, copy, minor additions
- Staging environment for safe changes
- Quarterly technical SEO review (meta titles, schema, Core Web Vitals)
- Priority support, 4-hour response during business hours
Common questions
What's the staging environment used for?
Safe testing before changes go live. Any significant update — a plugin version jump, a new section, a template change — gets tested on staging first so there's no risk to the live site.
How fast is Scale support?
4-hour response during Philippine business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PHT). Same-day resolution for issues raised before 2pm PHT.
Shopify
Shopify manages hosting, platform updates, SSL, and PCI compliance. No technical maintenance needed. This plan covers store content and product catalog management.
Product catalog and store content managed for you. Shopify manages hosting, updates, and security.
What's included
- Product updates — add, edit, or remove up to 10 products/month
- Collection and category management
- Store content updates — pages, banners, policy pages
- Payment gateway health checks (GCash, Maya, PayMongo)
- App and integration monitoring
- Monthly store summary report
- Email support, 1 business day response
Common questions
What if I have more than 10 product changes in a month?
Additional product work beyond 10 items/month is quoted at ₱500 per product or ₱2,200/hr for bulk updates. If your catalog changes frequently, we can discuss a higher-volume scope.
Do you handle Shopify app installations?
Monitoring and basic troubleshooting — yes. If a payment gateway (GCash, Maya, PayMongo) stops working, that's covered. New app installations and custom development are quoted separately.
All plans include
Every plan, every month.
- Direct communication — no ticketing system, no support queue
- BIR-compliant invoice for every monthly payment
- Month-to-month, no lock-in — cancel with 30 days notice
- All work done in Philippine business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PHT)
Response targets, backup retention, and platform scope vary by plan. Full terms — what's covered, what isn't, and what "business hours" means — are in the Terms of Service.
What maintenance doesn't cover
Site health, not site growth.
A maintenance plan handles the health of your site. Growing the business is a separate engagement.
- SEO retainer from ₱20,000/month Ongoing content, technical SEO, link building.
- Paid ad management from ₱15,000/month + spend Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Major redesign or expansion new project scope Treated as a new engagement with its own discovery.
Already have a site?
Sites I didn't build are welcome.
The onboarding process depends on the platform.
Squarespace & Shopify
No audit needed. Send me the URL and admin access — I can start from the next billing month. Content Care or Store Care, same pricing as any other client.
WordPress
01
Site Health Audit
Security scan, performance review, plugin and theme audit, SEO baseline. Priced at ₱10,000–₱20,000 depending on site complexity. I'll tell you honestly if it's a site worth maintaining.
02
Maintenance Onboarding
If the audit clears, I onboard the site to managed hosting, daily backups, and monitoring. You pick a plan and we start from the next billing month.
Frequently asked
Common questions.
Can I cancel a maintenance plan?
Yes, any time, with 30 days notice. No lock-in, no contracts longer than a month.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
Each plan defines the scope of content work included. Anything outside that — large new features, full redesigns, custom development — is quoted separately or billed at ₱2,200/hr.
Which platforms do you maintain?
Squarespace, WordPress, and Shopify. Squarespace and Shopify plans (Content Care / Store Care) cover content and catalog management — both platforms handle their own technical maintenance. WordPress plans (Essential / Growth / Scale) cover full technical maintenance plus content.
Do you maintain sites you didn't build?
Yes. For Squarespace and Shopify sites, no audit needed — send the URL and admin access and I can start from the next billing month. For WordPress sites, I start with a paid audit (₱10,000–₱20,000) to understand the codebase before onboarding.
What happens if my WordPress site goes down?
Uptime monitoring pings every 5 minutes. If it goes down, I'm alerted immediately. Response targets (Philippine business hours, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PHT): Essential ≈ 24 hours; Growth ≈ 12; Scale ≈ 4, same-day when raised before 2pm PHT.
