Most Philippine agencies hide their pricing. Here are mine.

Hidden pricing lets a vendor quote by perceived budget instead of scope. Published pricing lets you compare. Below: fixed ranges for each tier, specific inclusions, named exclusions, and the payment schedule — so the only surprise is how much you actually need.

Project pricing

Starter

₱55K–₱75K

Five pages. Mobile-first. One payment gateway.

For professionals and small businesses who need a credible, fast-loading presence without complexity.

Timeline 3–4 weeks

  • Custom-designed responsive WordPress site (5 pages)
  • Mobile-first design, optimized for Philippine 4G networks
  • Core Web Vitals optimization (LCP, INP, CLS green)
  • Basic on-page SEO (meta, schema, sitemap, Search Console setup)
  • One payment gateway — GCash, Maya, PayMongo, or HitPay

Care plan pricing

After launch, most clients move to a monthly plan.

Hosting, security, backups, updates, and a small monthly allowance of content changes. No lock-in. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.

How payment works

Milestone-gated, published, boring.

Payment schedule

  • Projects under ₱75,000 50% deposit · 50% on launch
  • Projects ₱75,000–₱200,000 50% deposit · 50% on launch
  • Projects over ₱200,000 30% deposit · 40% at design approval · 30% on launch

  • Wise (for USD/international clients)
  • PayMongo card payment (4.5% fee added for card)
  • BIR-registered official invoice for every payment

What's not in the pricing

Named upfront so nothing surprises later.

  1. 01

    Hosting for the first year

    Included on Business tier and above. On Starter, you pay hosting directly (~₱500–₱1,500/month) — or add it via a care plan.

  2. 02

    Premium plugin licenses

    Most sites need 0–2 premium plugins. If yours needs more, I'll flag the cost in the proposal.

  3. 03

    Photography

    I recommend against stock. Custom photography via a partner costs ₱15,000–₱40,000 for a shoot.

  4. 04

    Copywriting

    I write UX copy (labels, buttons, short page intros). Long-form content writing is an optional add-on at ₱2–3 per word.

  5. 05

    Logo design

    I can treat your existing logo well. I don't design logos from scratch — I'll refer you to a branding specialist.
