What we look at on a trades website.

Can they call you in one tap?
On a phone, your number should be tappable in the first second. If a customer has to hunt for it, you've lost them to the next result.
How fast does it load?
Every extra second of load time loses customers. We measure it, and if it's over 2.5 seconds we treat that as a problem to fix, not a detail.
Does it say why to pick you?
Licensed? Insured? Same-day? Family-run for 20 years? If your site doesn't say it plainly in the first screen, it's not selling for you.
Is it clear what you do and where?
Customers and Google both need to know your trades and your service areas. Vague "we do everything, everywhere" helps neither.
Is there one obvious next step?
Call, or fill a short form. That's it. Pages cluttered with ten links and no clear action leave people stuck.
Will Google trust it over time?
Clean structure, real content, proper page titles. We build so your rankings grow as a bonus, not as the whole plan.
