Care plans

Launching is the start, not the end.

Sites need updates, backups, monitoring, and occasional human attention. Care plans exist so you don't have to think about any of that.

Why a care plan

A modern WordPress site has 15–25 moving parts — WordPress core, the theme, plugins, the hosting environment, the SSL certificate, the backup system, the CDN. Each of these updates on its own schedule. When they drift out of sync, sites break, get hacked, or slow down.

Care plans keep everything in sync, quietly, in the background. You get a monthly email telling you what was updated, what was caught, and what needs your attention — if anything.

What's not a care plan

Maintenance, not marketing.

Be clear about this upfront: a care plan handles the health of your site. Growing the business is a separate engagement.

  • SEO retainer from ₱20,000/month Ongoing content, technical SEO, link building.
  • Paid ad management from ₱15,000/month + spend Google Ads, Meta Ads.
  • Major redesign or expansion new project scope Treated as a new engagement with its own discovery.

Frequently asked

Can I cancel a care plan?

Yes, any time, with 30 days notice. No lock-in, no contracts longer than a month.

What if I need more hours in a month?

Extra time is billed at ₱2,200/hr, or upgrade a tier any time.

Do you offer care plans for sites you didn't build?

Yes, but we start with a paid audit (₱10,000–₱20,000) to understand the codebase and decide whether to onboard. Not every site is a fit.

What happens if my site goes down?

Uptime monitoring pings every 5 minutes. If it goes down, I'm alerted. Response targets are measured in Philippine business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PHT, excluding PH holidays): Essential ≈ 24 business hours; Growth ≈ 12; Scale ≈ 4, same-day when raised before 2pm PHT. See Terms for details.

Is hosting included?

Yes on all tiers. You can stay on your existing host if preferred, with a ₱500 monthly discount.
